Our Events

Community is at our course which is why we have a community space for you to come and meet new, lovely location people.

We understand that it can be difficult to have a conversation while keeping an eye on children.

Stay & Play

Twice a week · All ages

A space for all ages, including families with children, with different enrichment activities each week run by our brilliant volunteers. Everyone’s welcome.

Where to find us

At Christ Church in Park Wood, Maidstone.

Further Info

Is there parking?

Yes! There is free street parking around both of our community space venues, which is accessible for anyone.

Yes, both of the venues we use have disabled access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, as well as disabled toilet facilities.

Due to being venue-hirers rather than owners of the premises, we kindly ask that dogs are not brought to the venues, to be respectful of other venue hirers who may have allergies.

We try to keep our spaces open year-round so that they can be accesed regularly by our community. Occasionally we have to close during school holidays depending on our volunteers’ availability, or if the venues need the space for other things such as polling stations, but these closures are advertised via our social media pages.

Nothing; our community spaces are free to all and we never want finances to create a barrier for anyone to come and spend time in them. We are always happy to receive donations, however, as these cover the costs of our refreshments, staff time to facilitate the spaces, and resources for activities such as crafts at Stay & Play. Donations can be made in person or online if ever you feel you would like to contribute.
